1. About Our Services
All treatments offered by Raquel Massage London are professional, therapeutic, and strictly non-sexual.
Our massages are designed to support relaxation, circulation and wellbeing, and should not be considered a substitute for medical care.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult your GP before your appointment.
2. Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be made via our website, by email, or by phone.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Please arrive on time for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time so the next client is not delayed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full.
If we ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to rebook or provide a full refund.
4. Health & Safety
Before your first treatment, we may ask you to complete a brief consultation form to ensure your session is safe and tailored to your needs.
Please inform us of any injuries, allergies, or medical issues before your appointment.
Your information is treated in strict confidence and used only for professional purposes.
5. Professional Conduct
Raquel Massage London provides only legitimate therapeutic massage.
Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or comments will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
6. Payments & Prices
Prices for each treatment are listed clearly on our website.
Payment is accepted by cash, card, or bank transfer.
We reserve the right to update prices or offers at any time.
7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
Special offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Liability
All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals with the utmost care.
However, by booking a session, you acknowledge that:
- Treatments are undertaken at your own risk;
- We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing or undisclosed medical conditions;
- We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during booking or consultation is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in line with UK GDPR regulations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
